  Position Overview

  Brights International School of Istanbul is looking for a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students’ academic performance through structured training in communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and study strategies.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver workshops on communication skills, public speaking, teamwork, and leadership.

  • Conduct training sessions on time management, goal setting, and exam preparation techniques.

  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate soft skills into academic curriculum.

  • Provide mentoring and individual coaching for students.

  • Develop assessment tools to measure student growth in soft skills.

  • Organize seminars, debates, and student development programs.
